 Parts Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department
• Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff
• Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
• Uphold pricing standards of dealership
• Monitor and adjusts inventory
• Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
• Supervise stock order procedures
• Work closely with service manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
• Provides technical assistance when necessary
• Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Enforce safety requirements
• Maintain a professional appearance
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years experience in parts management
• Technical automotive knowledge
• Management experience and skills
• Computer literacy
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of inventory and reportingSales Professional
Job includes responding to customer inquiries relating to vehicles, products, and services.
Individual must possess an enthusiastic personality and have the ability to build relationships with customers to maintain repeat business. Must be highly motivated to reach goals.
 Professional dress, speech, and attitude is required. Current valid driver's license required. Sales background preferred, but not required. Minimum education: high school diploma or GED. Full-time position.Â
*$2,200 Guaranteed monthly/with possibility of up to $100k+ yearly!
Benefits starting at 90 days include 401K/Health/Dental/Vision and PTO!

Lewis and Clark Ford is a fast-moving service department with an extensive volume of mechanical work! Our service department boasts some of the top tools and equipment in the area!Â
For any mechanic interested in growing their skill set and expanding training, we offer paid training! We have sent mechanics all over the country for training (at no cost to the mechanic!) to expand their automotive knowledge and warranty training portfolio! We have also committed to mechanics by paying back automotive school student loans in exchange for a contracted length of employment. Let us help you further your automotive interest and career!!
