Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and service technicians in selecting and locating the right parts.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the dealership's systems.
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and advising on parts compatibility.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for service repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive products and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or inventory management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
